Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for our items so please double check your order prior to placing it. To keep our production impact on our planet as low as possible, all of our products are made to order. That means Formula Fans does not have inventory sitting around (aka we made too much) and as each product is only produced when you place your order - it is considered a custom item.

As fellow humans, we too order things online and can understand that stuff happens so we are more than happy to discuss refund options with you. To be eligible for refund options, you’ll need the receipt and provide proof of purchase.

To start a refund request, you can contact us at shopformulafans@gmail.com. If your refund request is accepted, we’ll outline how the refund process works and when to expect funds back to your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our all our products (as they are only made when you place your order). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
Similar to our refund/return policy, as all our items are custom, made to order - exchanges are not possible at this time.
